TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Placing an order through our website or by telephone is deemed to constitute your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Prices and any delivery costs will be as stated and will include value added tax if applicable.

We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products periodically to reflect increased costs.

Each card is individually handmade to order, and therefore you should anticipate some variation on each design when comparing a card image on screen to the card you receive. If we can’t source your choice we will either e-mail or call you to find alternatives. Cards, envelopes and all other materials will be chosen from stock if the particular card, envelope or other material shown in the card image is unobtainable. All card sizes quoted are approximate.

You may cancel any orders within 24 hours unless the order is for a personalised card or wedding /civil partnership stationery.  If you wish to cancel an order please call or e-mail us without delay.  Orders will be cancelled immediately, however, due to the payment systems used, refunds may take up to 28 days.

Orders of cards will be processed as soon as possible and will be posted within 2 working days.  Please allow extra time for bulk orders, especially large orders of wedding/civil partnership stationery.

We use Royal Mail First Class Post for UK deliveries and they aim to deliver the next working day.

Every effort is made to ensure that the card arrives with you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass though the postal system. We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control including failure of suppliers.  We would therefore recommend that you allow good time to receive your orders for a special event or particular date.

We are confident that you won’t be disappointed with the quality of finish and presentation of the cards, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Any complaint will be dealt with immediately upon receipt. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 2 working days.

Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years old due to small parts, which may become loose and cause a choking hazard.

Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in England and will be governed by English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
